A Month in Europe Tour

Got a month to spare and can’t decide which European city to visit? This tour will provide you with a little taste of some of the continent’s most spectacular cities, including London, Paris, and Rome. You’ll also visit beautiful Switzerland, spectacular Spain, and the lovely Canary Islands. It’s a trip you won’t soon forget and one that’ll be the envy of all your friends.
Begin your tour with a 6-night stay in England’s vibrant capital city. London will titillate all your senses with its beautiful buildings and monuments, excellent museums, Broadway-style shows, and exciting nightlife. Visit Europe’s highest railway station, the Ice Station, and the Sphinx Observation Terrace, and enjoy the view of the Aletsch Glacier. The downhill trip takes you to the lovely town of Grindelwald, where you can explore before returning to your hotel.
The next leg of your tour takes you to magnificent Venice, where you’ll stay for two nights in the city that many call the most romantic in Europe. Take a Grand Canal tour as well as a walking tour of the city, which will include St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Rialto Bridge, San Marco Square, and many of the city’s other notable sites. Enjoy some leisure time before you depart for your next city, Rome.
You’ll stay 4 nights in unforgettable Rome, the Eternal City. Enjoy your first afternoon at leisure. Wake up refreshed and ready for your hop-on/hop-off bus tour, pre-ticketed visits to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and a walking tour of the magnificent Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. Admire one of the largest art collections in the world and stand in awe of Michelangelo’s stunning ceiling frescoes. You’ll also visit St. Peter’s Square and Basilica.
Upon departing Rome, you’ll head to Spain’s most exciting city, Barcelona. After your plane lands, you’ll have an afternoon to spend exploring or resting for the next day’s adventures, which include a full city tour. Barcelona is a vibrant, colorful city, full of the amazing architectural works on Antoni Gaudi, creator of the wonderful Sagrada Familia Church and many other local landmarks.
After a 2-night stay in Barcelona, head to Spain’s capital city of Madrid. Known for its charm, Madrid is the political, economic, and cultural center of the country but still exudes plenty of warmth. Explore via a walking tour and see sites such as Mayor Square, Cuchilleros Arch, Condon Street, Almundena Cathedral, and the Royal Palace.
Get ready for the last leg of your trip, a visit to the Canary Islands. Begin your visit with a stop in Lanzarote, known for its natural beauty and its huge variety of flora and fauna. After a 3-night stay in Lanzarote, you’ll experience the other side of the Canary Islands with a visit to Tenerife, where you’ll remain for 2 nights. The largest and most populous of the Canary Islands, Tenerife is the cultural capital of the islands. While there, you’ll have lots of time to explore on your own before departing by plane for your last stop, Las Palmas.
